Facebook Pages allow the most at 63,206. If one draft is going to several networks, the shortest limit among them is the one that decides how long it can be. The numbers below are the limits DunSocial's composer validates against, so a post that would be rejected is flagged before you schedule it, not at publish time. The same limits apply whether you schedule from the web app, the CLI, the API, or MCP. Never a mix. X, Threads, Instagram, Discord, & Slack let you combine photos & videos in the same post. - **Some platforms need media.** YouTube & TikTok are video-only, & Pinterest needs an image. A text-only post to those will not publish. - **Bluesky's image ceiling is small.** Its API caps image uploads near 1 MB, so a large photo has to be compressed.
