# DunSocial editorial and evidence policy

DunSocial publishes product documentation, how-to guides, comparisons and original research. Product-led content is useful only when readers can see who wrote it, what was checked and where the evidence stops.

## Authorship and disclosure

Important guides name a responsible human author. Current product guides and research are reviewed by [Ritheesh BS](/authors/ritheesh-bs). DunSocial-produced comparisons and research disclose that relationship because the company may benefit when a reader chooses the product.

## Evidence levels

- **Source-verified:** checked against DunSocial source, automated tests, schemas or vendor-owned documentation.
- **Reproduced:** a dated method and input set can be rerun to produce the stated result.
- **Customer outcome:** requires written customer approval, a named measurement window and retained underlying evidence.

We do not present product-source checks as customer outcomes. Example commands and placeholder data are labeled as examples. AI visibility is reported as answer inclusion, rank and cited-source share—not a proprietary “AI score.”

## Comparisons and corrections

Competitor facts should link to first-party sources and carry a review date. If a fact cannot be verified, it is removed or described as unknown. Material corrections update the review date and evidence note. Send corrections to support@dunsocial.com.

## Customer stories

A customer story is published only after the customer approves the name, quote, measurement definition and final copy. Claims such as time saved, engagement gained or revenue influenced require a baseline, comparison period and retained source record. Consent can be withdrawn.

## AI assistance

AI may help organize or edit a draft. The named author remains responsible for factual review, disclosure, links and the final published text.
