# How to bulk schedule social media posts

## When bulk scheduling actually helps

Bulk scheduling is useful when you already have a batch of finished content: a week of posts written in advance, or a campaign with a fixed set of announcements.

It's less useful as a way to skip writing. A batch of fifty unfinished ideas scheduled at once produces fifty generic posts, not fifty good ones.

## The usual approach

1. Prepare each post's text, media & destination platform
2. Assign a publish time to each one, spaced out realistically

4. Review the resulting queue before confirming
5. Let each post publish on its own schedule
