This helps the AI write in your voice. **Usage Data** We collect basic usage data like feature interactions, performance metrics, and error logs to improve reliability. **Connected Account Data** If you connect social accounts, we process the profile details, OAuth tokens, pages, channels, permissions, and publishing responses needed to connect, schedule, publish, and show status for those platforms. **Billing Data** If you choose a paid plan, payment, subscription, invoice, seat, and tax details are processed through our billing provider. --- ## Information We Do Not Collect We do not: - Sell your data - Run ads or ad tracking - Access private messages or accounts - Collect data unrelated to the product If we don’t need it, we don’t collect it. --- ## How We Use Your Information Your information is used to: - Generate content in your writing style - Build and maintain your personal or team memory - Suggest relevant topics and trends - Schedule posts accurately across platforms - Improve product performance and stability - Connect and publish to the social platforms you choose - Manage billing, subscriptions, trials, and customer support Your data is never used to train public or shared AI models. --- ## AI & Memory Your memory is private by default. Memory data is: - Linked only to your account or workspace - Visible only to you or people you invite - Never shared across users You can edit or delete memory at any time. When you use AI features, relevant content may be sent to AI providers to generate drafts, rewrite text, transcribe voice, validate settings, research topics, or return suggestions. We do not use your workspace content to train public or shared AI models. --- ## Teams & Workspaces If you use DunSocial with a team: - Members only see data inside that workspace - Permissions are controlled by the workspace owner - No data is shared across workspaces --- ## Data Security We take security seriously. - Data is encrypted in transit and at rest - Access is restricted to authorized systems - We regularly review our security practices No system is perfect, but we work hard to keep your data safe. --- ## Third-Party Services We use trusted third-party services to operate DunSocial. Based on the feature you use, these may include: - Hosting, app infrastructure, databases, queues, and storage providers such as Railway, Cloudflare, S3-compatible object storage, Redis, Upstash QStash, and Upstash Vector - Billing and subscription providers such as Polar (and Stripe for some legacy accounts) - Email delivery providers such as UseSend or our email service - Analytics, monitoring, and error reporting such as Umami and Sentry - AI, voice, search, and writing providers such as Google Gemini / Google Generative AI, OpenRouter, Perplexity, Groq / Whisper, and OpenAI where enabled - Connected social and collaboration platforms such as X / Twitter, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Business Pages, Bluesky, Threads, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, and Slack - Push notification providers such as Firebase where enabled These providers only receive the minimum data required to perform their function. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers. --- ## Your Rights & Control You can: - Access your data - Edit or delete content and memory - Export your data - Delete your account When you delete your account, we remove your data from active systems within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days where technically practical.
