Upload media
- Open Gallery.
- Upload an image or video.
- It is saved to your workspace library.
You can also upload media directly while composing a post.
Reuse media
When writing a post, pick from the Gallery instead of uploading again. This keeps your assets organized and saves time.
Status labels
Each asset shows how it is being used:
- Published: used in a post that already went out.
- Scheduled: attached to an upcoming post.
- Draft: attached to a draft.
- Unused: not attached to anything yet.
Tips
- Clean up unused files now and then to keep the library tidy.
- Media in the Gallery is shared across your workspace, so your team can reuse it too.
