Memory is where you save facts about you or your brand. The AI uses these when it writes, so it stays accurate and on-brand.
What to save
- Who you are and what you do.
- Your products, features, and pricing.
- Words and phrases you like to use.
- Things to avoid saying.
- Any facts you do not want the AI to get wrong.
How it works
- Open Memory from the sidebar.
- Add memories as short notes. You can group them into collections.
- When you write with AI, it searches your memories for anything relevant and uses it.
This uses semantic search, which means it finds related notes even when the wording is different. You do not have to match exact keywords.
Tips
- Keep each memory short and focused on one fact.
- Update memories when things change, like a new price or a new product.
- Everyone in the workspace benefits, so the AI writes consistently across your team.
