Manage scheduled posts

See and organize everything you have lined up to publish.

The Posts area shows everything you have scheduled and everything already published.

Views

• List: A simple list of upcoming and past posts.
• Calendar: See your posts laid out by day. Handy for spotting gaps or busy days. The calendar shows how many posts are queued.

Filter

You can filter posts by status, such as scheduled, published, failed, or cancelled, and by social account. This helps you focus on one platform or one state at a time.

From here you can

• Open a post to see its details.
• Reschedule it to a new time.
• Cancel it so it does not go out.
• Delete it.

If a post ever fails to publish, it shows a failed status so you can review and try again. Turn on failure emails in notification settings to hear about it right away.
