Post as a feed image, carousel, reel, or story.
Request access
- Open Connect.
- Find Instagram and start the beta request.
- Enter your Instagram identifier.
- Submit the request.
Once approved, you can connect and start posting.
Connect
After approval, click Connect on Instagram, log in, and approve access.
What is supported
- Feed image posts.
- Carousel posts with several images.
- Reels (video).
- Stories (one JPEG image or one video). Meta does not accept a story caption.
- Captions and alt text (feed, carousel, and Reels).
- Scheduling and publishing right away.
Gotchas
- Instagram needs media on every post, so add at least one image or video.
- Instagram access lasts a long time but is refreshed automatically. If it disconnects, reconnect from the Connect screen.
