Connect your first account

Link a social account so DunSocial can post for you.

Before you can publish, connect at least one social account to your workspace.

Steps

1. Open Settings → accounts, or go to Connect at /{workspace}/connect.
2. Find the platform you want, for example X or LinkedIn.
3. Click Connect.
4. You are sent to that platform to log in and approve access.
5. Once approved, you come back to DunSocial and the account shows as connected.

Good to know

• Some platforms are generally available and connect right away.
• A few platforms are in beta. For those, you request access first and connect once you are approved.
• Only workspace owners and admins can connect or disconnect accounts. Members can post with the accounts that are already connected.
• If an account ever stops working, you can reconnect it from the same screen. See “Reconnect an account”.

Once at least one account is connected, you are ready to compose your first post.
