Reschedule or cancel

Change the time of a scheduled post or stop it from publishing.

Plans change. You can move or stop any scheduled post before it publishes.

Reschedule

1. Open Posts.
2. Find the scheduled post.
3. Open it and choose Reschedule.
4. Pick a new date and time.
5. Confirm.

The post keeps its content and just moves to the new time.

Cancel

1. Open the scheduled post.
2. Choose Cancel.
3. Confirm.

The post will not publish. It stays in your list marked as cancelled so you have a record.

Delete

If you want to remove a post entirely, choose Delete instead of cancel.

Notifications

If you have reschedule emails turned on, you get a note when a post is moved. See “Notification preferences” to control these.
