Memory collections
How memory is grouped, and the difference between private and shared collections.
Memories are grouped into collections. A collection is a named group of related facts, like “Brand voice” or “Product facts”. Each one has a colour so it is easy to spot.

Always call it "DunSocial", never "Dun Social".
Private and shared collections
- Shared collections are visible to everyone in the workspace. Use these for facts the whole team should write from, like your brand voice or product details.
- Private collections are visible only to you. Use these for your own notes and drafts. They show a small lock.
Your workspace starts with a default shared collection. You can add as many as you like.
Group your memory
- Open Memory from the sidebar.
- Click New collection, give it a name, pick a colour, and choose private or shared.
- Add memories to it, or move existing memories in.
Grouping keeps memory tidy and lets you pick exactly which facts the AI should use for a given post.
